About Us

OccuHub is more than just a medical clinic. It’s where clinical precision meets real-world workforce care.

We Take a Great Amount of Pride in What We Do

Born out of decades of hands-on medical experience and visionary leadership, OccuHub brings a fresh, connected approach to occupational medicine in South Africa.

Dr. Mike Nicholas | Founder

At the helm is Dr. Mike Nicholas, a seasoned General Practitioner with advanced qualifications in both Occupational and Travel Medicine. With over 40 years in private practice and a career steeped in ethical, evidence-based care, Dr. Nicholas has built a reputation for doing things properly. No shortcuts. No guesswork. Just thorough, science-driven health care that puts people first.

OccuHub was created to solve a very real problem: Most occupational health services are either too generic to be useful or too clinical to be practical. Dr. Nicholas saw the gap and filled it with something better. A fully credentialed Occupational Health Clinic that understands business, understands medicine, and knows how to bridge the two with integrity.

OccuHub provides a wide range of job-specific, regulatory, and role-sensitive medicals for industries such as maritime, mining, construction, transport, and executive services. But we don’t stop at compliance. We dig deeper, using prospective health evaluation methods to flag issues before they become problems, and to support early intervention when it matters most.

This is OccuHub — where care meets compliance.
